Clear rules for a fast, public auction search tool.
Bidwatch helps you spot public eBay listings ending soon. These terms explain the boundaries of that experience, what you can expect from the service, and where eBay remains the source of truth.

By using Bidwatch, you agree to the terms below and to the live listing rules shown on eBay whenever you leave Bidwatch to bid or buy.
Plain-language summary
Bidwatch is a discovery layer, not a marketplace. We surface public listing data, you decide what is worth opening, and any actual transaction still happens on eBay.
Important
If a Bidwatch result ever conflicts with the live eBay listing, trust the live eBay listing.
01
What the service is
Bidwatch is a public search tool for discovering eBay auction listings and related listing details. It is provided for browsing and research only, and the information shown on Bidwatch can change or disappear as eBay listings update.
02
What Bidwatch does not do
Bidwatch does not place bids, submit offers, process payments, or complete transactions. Any bidding, buying, messaging, or checkout activity happens directly on eBay and remains governed by eBay's own policies and seller terms.
03
Listing data can change
Search results, prices, bid counts, shipping details, and ending times come from public eBay listing data and may lag, change, or be incomplete. You should always review the live listing on eBay before making any buying or bidding decision.
04
Accounts and saved searches
Optional sign-in lets you save favorite searches. You are responsible for activity associated with your chosen identity provider account and for keeping access to that account secure.
05
Reasonable use
You may not use Bidwatch to interfere with the service, abuse automated access, or misuse content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules. Bidwatch may suspend access to protect the service or comply with requests.
06
Changes to the service
Bidwatch may update, pause, or remove features at any time. If these terms change, the updated version posted here applies going forward, and continued use of the service means you accept those changes.
